Great & Authentic Company - Anonymous employee CSDG Employee Review

I wouldn't say this lightly but this is a great place to be. Leadership is very professional and very down to earth. Just a lot of genuine decent people who take accountability for their work. If needed I’m able to reach out to anyone here and they will listen and make their best effort to help me solve whatever issue I’m having. The bottom line for me is I don't end my days stressed and wishing I was somewher else. In this industry a lot of folks can't say the same.

Some of the older projects have inconsistant file structure. Its being addressed moving forward.

CSDG is such a special company. They truly care about their employees and clients, which can be hard to find. Everyone wants you to be your best and will help you get there. I interned with the company during college, then came on full-time after graduation. I have grown exponentially both technically and professionally during my time here.

Sometimes, they can be too lax with employees that are not meeting standards. I think they are getting better about it, but it is definitely something that could use work. Sometimes, people take advantage of their kindness as a company, and that shouldn't be happening. There is definitely a middle ground, as one employee being lazy is bound to affect their team in a negative way.
