Pros
Social benefits: own pension fund, employer contribution to pension plan higher than legally required. Flexibility : Diversity: working in parallel with several projects from several customers in different industries. Both research and development projects. Excellent work experience acquired, exposure to industrials for opportunities
Cons
Salaries are lower than what you could get in the industry. Company is managed by engineers lacking real management knowhow, old-fashioned management with no growth ambition. Lack of dynamism.
