Decent earning potential. Room for Progression. Good perks if you can get on them. But even then, you can often be left feeling uncomfortable on the trips etc.. maybe monetary incentives would be better than the drinks, trips etc
Cons
Flexibility is offered but is always threatened to be taken away so don’t make plans to use said flexibility. Very little support and if you ask for it you feel stupid and thick because that is how you are treated by the training team. Toxic masculinity all over the place. Left to your own devices and often left to fail :(. They love their select few and if you’re not in the clique you might as well be invisible. The interview is nothing short of being groomed and showing you all of the amazing perks which are unachievable. Told all of the amazing things that they do for others which all sounds good but further down the line leaves you feeling worthless. They boast their mental health support and even IVF support yet when my wife lost our IVF baby I got very little support or care and was expected to be back at my desk billing the same day. Shame really because this business could be amazing.
