Pros

Great teammates Awesome projects to work on Every company in the area wants you after you work there because they know you’ve been worked into the ground.

Cons

The owner is all about lining his own pockets with little to no care for the employees. The company used to be great to work for but in recent years and with recent additions to the executive level the company has fallen apart. They will work you into the ground with a promise for a light at the end of the tunnel that will be stripped away as soon as you’re supposed to get it. They have taken away all of the benefits that allowed them to stand out. The HR department is actually a joke and never follows through on anything. In the years I’ve worked here I’ve been screwed over more than helped. Everyone feels the same way too but is too scared to make a jump so nothing changes.

Pros

It’s inspiring to see so many employees build long, successful careers here. The company maintains a strong, stable book of business while continuing to scale and expand in meaningful ways. I genuinely enjoy working here. The organization is the right size, truly culture-driven, and led by authentic, supportive people. It’s also a fun place to celebrate progress and wins together. I highly recommend this as a great place to work.

Cons

You need to be comfortable adapting quickly, as the fast pace and frequent change won’t suit everyone. Change is constant, more of an industry reality than something unique to this organization.

Pros

good benefits programs, most co-workers, flex time usually available

Cons

This company is extremely disorganized. Part of it comes from the poor communication among the departments and leaders, part comes from the lack of processes being applied. Upper management behaves like a click instead of leaders. There is such high employee turn over that most people operate with a feeling of their head being on a chopping block. Several of the leadership team have been hostile to employees and nothing is done to stop this behavior. It could be a great place if the culture they convince you they have was in fact true.
