      nice colleague, flexible time, almost never work on extra time, working environment is leisure. free parking. You can learn a lot if you love aviation.

      Cons

      The management is like a chaos. The leader did not know what the company can do and how to do it. They wanted to make a change, and had no basic sense how to start with it.

      Pros

      Friendly co-workers, fair pay, interesting work, challenging projects.

      Cons

      Artificial restrictions on hours in accordance with Musk's mandates. Gov't is very, very cheap about buying software tools with support, which makes development dependent on open-source software and a lot of guesswork. Workflow pace can be glacial. Some lousy project leaders.
