      Standard work hours that don't sprawl into 50+ hour work weeks, no need to be exemplary at role you're tasked with.

      Cons

      Decisions are politically and personality minded more often than based on most effective course of action, as well as very tenacious defense of fiefdom control, so you must be adept at avoiding stepping on people's toes as opposed to being adept at contributing solid, progressive work

      I'm proud that I've studied at CSU. I'm learning not only my field but also other field that may be related in my field.

      Cons

      The employee's at CSU business office is too late for any kind of request.
