      its a good place, friendly and the city is great, good technical support and high technology is used to support advancement.

      I need to seek a new challenges and get closer to the industry side of business instead of only academia

      Pros

      Standard work hours that don't sprawl into 50+ hour work weeks, no need to be exemplary at role you're tasked with.

      Cons

      Decisions are politically and personality minded more often than based on most effective course of action, as well as very tenacious defense of fiefdom control, so you must be adept at avoiding stepping on people's toes as opposed to being adept at contributing solid, progressive work
