      Pros

      Nice team, nice job. Excellent as a job for students, especially since you can work only 2h/day so you can take care of your studies as well. No Dutch language required. Just enough money to pay your rent, which is great.

      Cons

      You have to push really hard until you get a job there. You really have to go there every week and ask for job.

      Pros

      Standard work hours that don't sprawl into 50+ hour work weeks, no need to be exemplary at role you're tasked with.

      Cons

      Decisions are politically and personality minded more often than based on most effective course of action, as well as very tenacious defense of fiefdom control, so you must be adept at avoiding stepping on people's toes as opposed to being adept at contributing solid, progressive work
