      Pros

      Pros of being a student TA++ tutor is that your schedule is very flexible with your classes, plus it is close by so you don't have to travel a lot (more important if you don't have a car).

      Cons

      Some downsides of working at CSUMB may include lower pay than you may find somewhere off campus, although it is competitive for the most part and it was also rewarding being able to help my fellow classmates.

      Pros

      Very straightforward, as long as you pay attention during training and make sure to ask questions, you shouldn't have many issues

      Cons

      Occasionally slow, but it's definitely up to you; if you find stuff to do, you'll always have things to do, and if not, then sometimes it will be slow
