1. Friendly colleague. I would say some of my colleague are reliable and helpful. 2. Ceo are kind and adorable :) 3. They also provide space for Muslims to pray, which is very convenient. Nice environment.

1. The first thing is less benefits and very low increment. 2. If they still have no payroll system until today, then please do so. Everytime I want payslip, I need to ask the accountant personally for payslip each month, which is so frustrating for me. 3. No onboarding guidance provided. Pretty clueless the first time working here. Mostly u need to learn all by yourself. If you have any question then u can ask. But if they are busy, you will probably be told by the boss to not disturb them :') So yeah, need to be super duper independent. 4. Sometimes i feel that boss didnt trust and appreciate my work. It will affect my KPI and appraisal for sure. 5. Messy management.
