* No clear communication on direction, especially for legal publishing teams
* A lot of "we're so great, look at our accomplishments!" but no raises unless you're an over-the-top employee, not even cost of living adjustments
* Employees don't feel like they can bring certain things up because they'll either be given no answer, or may feel intimidated and targeted afterwards.
