We are also excited to have received investment from Bregal Milestone which is launching us into a new level of technology and infrastructure.

As a growing company, CUBE faces all of the expected challenges of keeping up with growth, but honestly, I prefer those challenges over challenges associated with stagnation and complacency.

Remote work? Until it changed

Favoritism runs everything here; it’s an established toxic operating model. If you're a leader or a leader's buddy, you're untouchable; you literally can get away with anything. If you're not, nothing works in your favor. There is no accountability for the senior leadership. Middle management has zero authority, zero clarity, and zero trust in management. It’s constant guessing and covering for the decision that the middle managers didn’t make. The morale is the worst I've ever seen; the majority, if not all, of the people are miserable and quietly (or not quietly) job-hunting. Forget recognition, promotions, or raises. Women get treated worse than men here. LGBTQ employees get zero recognition or support. And the product? Outdated and painful to use. Read the reviews and run.
