If you're a leader or a leader's buddy, you're untouchable; you literally can get away with anything. If you're not, nothing works in your favor. There is no accountability for the senior leadership.
Middle management has zero authority, zero clarity, and zero trust in management. It’s constant guessing and covering for the decision that the middle managers didn’t make. The morale is the worst I've ever seen; the majority, if not all, of the people are miserable and quietly (or not quietly) job-hunting.
Forget recognition, promotions, or raises.
Women get treated worse than men here. LGBTQ employees get zero recognition or support.
And the product? Outdated and painful to use.
