There is a noticeable divide in tenure across the company—some employees have been there for many years, while others tend to move on relatively quickly, creating a sense of inconsistency in team stability. The overall culture can feel somewhat outdated, with practices and expectations that may not align with more modern or flexible working environments. For example, lunch breaks are strictly scheduled, and there is limited flexibility around personal routines during the day. Use of mobile phones during working hours is also actively discouraged. At times, the atmosphere can feel tense, particularly around senior leadership, which may contribute to a sense of unease within the office. Additionally, differing targets across teams can lead to internal disputes, occasionally resulting in friction or office politics rather than collaboration. Finally, benefits are limited, particularly for newer employees, with more meaningful perks only becoming available after a longer tenure (5 years+).
