Pros

Ideas led marketing - Coming from outside recruitment, I've felt like I've had a lot of room to bring my ideas to the table and think of new angles. It's a fast-paced environment and a lot of hard work that might take a while to get used to, but I think this is one of the reasons it's been successful. If you can match it, it's very rewarding, but don't come in expecting to coast. The team is hugely supportive and friendly, and you don't feel like just a cog in a machine. You'll always know exactly what you need to be doing, goals and objectives are very clearly laid out with proper task management. As someone who generally needs a checklist to work from, it's been very helpful.

Cons

Some of the tech is fairly outdated which can slow progress, but this is improving

Pros

Majority of people are kind and great to work with!

Cons

Be mindful that many of the positive reviews appear shortly after employees join, as new starters are encouraged to submit feedback on Glassdoor early on. This can sometimes result in overly optimistic perspectives that don’t fully reflect the longer-term experience. There is a noticeable divide in tenure across the company—some employees have been there for many years, while others tend to move on relatively quickly, creating a sense of inconsistency in team stability. The overall culture can feel somewhat outdated, with practices and expectations that may not align with more modern or flexible working environments. For example, lunch breaks are strictly scheduled, and there is limited flexibility around personal routines during the day. Use of mobile phones during working hours is also actively discouraged. At times, the atmosphere can feel tense, particularly around senior leadership, which may contribute to a sense of unease within the office. Additionally, differing targets across teams can lead to internal disputes, occasionally resulting in friction or office politics rather than collaboration. Finally, benefits are limited, particularly for newer employees, with more meaningful perks only becoming available after a longer tenure (5 years+).
