      Pros

      Pay remains competitive for the region. Breadth of service areas makes work interesting.

      Cons

      For an organization of this size and complexity, not keeping up with technology or industry trends. Management and HR are rather anachronistic. Culture is not very positive. Initiatives to reduce benefits and squeeze merit pay.

      Pros

      This is the best place to work that I could imagine. I have been in Automotive and Fleet industry since 1985, this is hands down the best place I have ever worked.

      The are no cons to CVWD.

      Salaries are good but benefits keep declining

      Cons

      HR department is arbitrary in its decisions, poor support for employees, cost of living in area keeps increasing relative to pay, low morale, no hybrid or remote accommodations, upper management is old school - do as I say attitude
