Pros
I have been with CXOsync for a year and a half now. Being a smaller company that is rapidly growing it allows you to learn something new every week. Whether that is obtaining more responsibility or being able to get more out of your job than just a title. You do not feel as if you are apart of a system but as if you are working closely with the top executives to any one else in the company to innovate what you are doing. Endless opportunities - You grow in the company at the rate you want to. You are not apart of a system that moves you up slowly, instead you control your destiny and paycheck. Great work environment.

If you are not proactive with time management and cannot keep up with the work load while traveling, this might not be the job for you.
