Somehow, senior leaders kept their jobs after several big project failures. Managers micromanaged and had a know-it-all attitude, even if they were less experienced with the issue at hand. HR and IT were pretty much useless. They underpaid and overworked their employees. There was so much negativity and talking bad about certain employees and managers behind their backs. This place was a serious drain on my mental health.
