Pros
That's a tough one, not much to rant and rave about. Probably the only "pro" would be that you get to slack a a lot at work because it is such a poorly managed company that they never know completely what is going on at the job site.
Cons
They are EXTREMELY cheap and will absolutely deny any chance of a raise unless you threaten to leave, then they may consider it. They are one of the lowest paying telecommunication company's in Canada meanwhile the owner has a Audi R8 and tons of other toys while his employees are making just above minimum age busting their balls! EVERYTHING is done in Eastern Canada so if you are positioned in Western Canada you are treated like a second class citizen and work is MUCH less. They DO NOT want any employees to be educated in any way, shape or form. They do this yet they promise on their website they are professionals in the telecommunication field. If you mention you want to take a course/program to better yourself they will ignore the request and push it off for years. They have tons of potential but their greedy/cheap antics with employees has gave them a bad name in the communication field.
