Long hours and unreasonable workload. Management will assign you to do special projects with very tight deadline and assume you to work till midnight to get them done. High turnover rate. Management would rather continue hiring new fresh grads than keeping people within the team or company. Some supervisors are also unhelpful and require you to do a lot of extra work to help out the new hires but due to the high turnover rate, these type of requests never stop.
