      Pros

      Great coworkers, good working hours and vacation pay, fairly easy work most of the time.

      Cons

      The owner of this company does not appreciate his people. There are no raises or reviews. There is chaos and constant yelling. It is a culture of fear and no one feels good working for him. Constant accusations of stealing, motives questioned and your best is never enough. If you can work 40 hours under that- more power to ya.

      Benefits, paid holidays, work life balance. Owner always allows time off.

      Cons

      Only 4 people on staff on the roaster side. Be prepared to work hard but it’s worth it!
