Pros

I have nothing to share here. Nothing they did was a pro.

Cons

This is the worst run media agency ever. They do not care about their employees at all and will lash out and yell at them if needed (using curse words). Many people over the past few months have either been let go or left on their own and if that is not a testament to this than I don't know what is. They treat their employees like a number and there is absolutely zero sense of community or belonging. The CEO would rather yell at you than boost you up and try to mentor and teach you. There is no such thing as training or guidance and the only voice that matters is the CEO's. They overwork you and blame their employees for everything that is done wrong when they are so understaffed it is silly. There is hardly communication within teams and everything is done super last minute. It seems that the company's main goal is to keep clients happy at the expense of the life of the employees who actually try hard but may need some guidance. I could keep going but I will spare you.

Pros

Company seems to be growing as hiring is taking place in many teams. Different kinds of clients to work on (big and small) provides different views of what is happening in the world of media. Still a hybrid company.

Cons

Typical media agency life, so none other than that.

Pros

-Mostly remote, you don't have to come to the office often -Many learning opportunities and a wide range of tasks and platforms -Friendly environment and culture -Fancy office events -10 days vacation, 5 sick days - encouraged to use all 15 for any reason -Clear and fair advancement and end-of-year reviews

Cons

-Salary on the lower side -Tasks can get disorganized and messy with who is supposed to do what; lots of new requests coming in the middle of the day -Management can get overworked with not enough time left for oversight and training -Occasional unspoken expectation for some unpaid overtime work
