Pros
They have a lot of company events like BBQs, shrimp boils, and team engagement games if you are into that sort of thing. Casual dress code which was nice. Christmas party isn’t bad.
Cons
No longer employee owned. Very cliquey. People don’t really hangout with anyone outside of their own department. They only promote people they like, not people who actually deserve it. Some departments are favored over others and not treated equally or fairly. People who work downstairs make a fraction of what the people upstairs do. The sales team is rude, annoying, and incompetent but put on a pedestal by upper management and given a party bus and a weekend at a nice hotel paid for by the company. The actual product they make is a joke and a scam.
