      Pros

      Dynamic, fluid, fast-paced, and good hard-working people. It runs like a start-up for those who like that environment.

      Cons

      Continuous change, turnover, lack of mission/vision, strategic alignment and very little to no employee recognition. I think the thought may be there but everyone is too busy.
