Being bought by SS&C means inheriting their archaic approach to work. Not sure what the point of buying a company and changing everything about it is.

- Company is very flexible with working from home, people are very understanding and supportive regardless of department you're in. - end of year bonus is generally very good, should your level of performance throughout the year be sufficient enough.

- salary should be higher for the technical nature of work that the business analysts are involved in within product. - pension is not great
