      Low commute fee when working on the night shift.

      Cons

      The leader of the mandarin team is stupid, he didn't know he is just customer service working for a few more years. The job is not as technical as advertised and it will be possible to become the end of an IT career life if you didn't leave soon.

      Being bought by SS&C means inheriting their archaic approach to work. Not sure what the point of buying a company and changing everything about it is.
