Fulfilling to work with residents. Flexible scheduling. Polite staff.

Internal organization can be frustrating.

The residents are great and the staff is helpful and friendly. Also we get free meals and COVID pay up to 7 days.

We are consistently short in all departments and the higher ups refuse to compensate us for our extra work because "it's not in the budget". The CNA's and nurses work as a team to get the job done but it's clear the higher ups prioritize money, family, and residents instead of overall staff satisfaction
