I was incredibly lucky to work with an amazing team and bosses. The leadership I experienced was highly motivating and genuinely supportive.

Due to consistent economic changes and their impact on the city, the organization must pivot quickly. Adaptability is key and as change is constant, which can be challenging if you prefer a highly predictable or slow-paced environment.
