      Pros

      Job itself is great. Money, benefits, all good.

      Cons

      The only reason you will leave this job is because of the schedule. Shift work but there js no consistency. There is no work life balance until you are 6 to 8 years in atleast. The will block you for 12 hours to be on site and you will only get paid for hours you work unless they put you on standby.

      Pros

      Wages and benefits are good.

      Cons

      Exposed to assaults, drugs and everything is your fault attitude from management. They ask your opinion then never implement the response. If your Caucasian, you’ll never be promoted if your lucky enough to even be hired. So happy to be retired.
