Unlimited vacation allows for flexibility when opportunities arise to take a few days off and when sickness strikes. We have a strong core of people that carry our strong culture that supports free thinking, innovation, and creativity.
Cons
Industry specific hurdles can be difficult to adjust to if you are new to information security. Once ins and outs are learned it becomes easier to master job requirements.
