      Supportive entry-level staff that want to see each other succeed.

      Cons

      Unless your last name is McDevitt or you're closely associated with them...expect your position to be on the chopping block. Revolving door of employees keeps the facade of a healthy functioning team. It's like hard resetting your computer when you know there's a virus (or in this case an unsustainable business model) and expecting it to function long term.

      Pros

      The people who work below middle management are great.

      Cons

      Do not have personal or private conversations in the office or around the office, go outside or to your car to have a private conversation. They have cameras in the office and around desks. Senior leadership cannot be trusted as they have recorded conversations and private meetings with their phones. They can not be trusted. Do not go to H.R. they are not your friend and not there to protect you.
