      - Great top down leadership from CEO to Marketing/Sales leaders. - Flexibility in your day to day (running to appointments/etc.) - Competitive pay - Will promote from within - Opportunity to collaborate with other departments - Competitive product

      - Some of the functions/teams are not fully fleshed out - Not a lot of classroom style training so a "self-starter" mindset is crucial
