very small business husband and wife control everything- the pay is average and don't expect it to change. this is not a job for someone who wants career progression. you will not feel a valued member of the team. no appraisals, no positive feedback, members of the team do not feel that they can go to management with an issue as it is not taken seriously. a lot of whispering between management and no communication to the team as a whole. No team building exercises and no team spirit. wont take you seriously if you are not technical. no / very little training provided. No HR department.
