      Pros

      Cooperative work environment, great coworkers, ability to cross train in different areas, provide health and dental insurance and 401k, matched 6% at time of employment.

      Cons

      Unpredictable overtime was frustrating. If a client dropped off samples with short hold times at 7pm you were stuck until everything was finished. Pay could have been better.

      Supportive leadership for personal growth and development. Awesome peer work group in all labs. Awesome place to learn!

      As they are a small company with only one location, there is no opportunity to relocate.

      Pros

      Great co-workers, reasonable hours most times.

      Cons

      Pay is very low for what they’re asking of employees. They pay the bare minimum and then act as though you should be grateful for their “very generous” pay. Benefits are not great either. Employees are treated more like service industry employees and not professionals.
