Pros
They have a healthy environment if you want to have a piece of mind while working also the people and the uppermanagement is approachable and the supervisors is really good in my campaign he's always taking care about he's agents.
Cons
Although they have a good working environment, the only thing that is not right to me is when they take out the paid lunch and also if you reach one of the upper management yourself you can't recieve any response specially if you just an agent although theyre approachable when you spoke to them.
