The Job that turned into a career - That Guy CallCenter.com Employee Review

Pros

I was in need of a quick job for a short time to help with bills throughout school. Something to pay for books and the sort. What happened though is what can easily happen for you as well. I started to learn things rather fast. Not just how to do my job, but the management has been willing to teach me things I never thought I would know or need to. Excell, strategic thinking, soft skills, you name it there is someone here willing and ready to help you out. The company has nothing but growth potential. All current management all the way down to supervisors have started from the ground up.

Cons

Being a young company means we try new things quite often. Changes can come and go, and if your not a fan of that it could get to be annoying.

Pros

Innovative atmosphere. On the bus line! Management makes you feel like you are valuable to the company, they even threw us a party with a food truck, bounce house for our kids and a face painter. There is room for advancement and you can advance quickly if you work hard and play fair. We often have lunch provided by the company, have a day of the week we can dress up in a costume and win a prize, and they provide bus cards.

Cons

Pay is not the greatest to begin with. No health benefits. Some employees try to bend the rules. Some customers are hard to deal with and you have to maintain your calm at all times and be patient, (not such a bad life lesson).
