Pros

Once your trained and comfortable, socializing on the floor while waiting for a call can brighten your day. Amy and Gina are great upper management that genuinely care about employees

Cons

Having to jump between a variety of accounts and situations can wear drastically on your mental health. When you express genuine stress against yourself management does seem to hold bonus opportunities over your head to get you to stay. What I mean by this, you have opportunities to earn bonuses based on secret shopper style calls and your performance on those calls. When I left due to severe mental health issues bordering on suicidal ideation the company rated One of these calls as a perfect score for me and denied me the monetary bonus because I had to leave before the season of monitored calls ended
