      Good Co workers, good location, good benefits while you last. Good views out of windows.

      Cons

      Dishonest, they will have your replacement in training while you are in hr getting fired. They will lie to unemployment about your earnings.

      Pros

      Forward thinking company with growth potential. Believes in taking managed risks with a plan "B". Flexible with employee concerns and open to suggestions.

      Cons

      There aren't any glaring cons. I would say "lack of patience" and better campaign planning is a must. Timing is a critical factor.
