There were many people who were talented and driven to make a change. Some good opportunities for growth.
Cons
A particular leader was rude, unethical and a terrible person to work with. They made comments about people's bodies and probably should have been managed out a long time before they were but a lot of their behaviour was ignored by senior management. This person somehow made it so that the entire company disliked them, and they either didn't care or were completely oblivious to what was going on. This leader was hired by an equally incompetent predecessor and it's alarming to see public taxpayer dollars spent on these salaries and projects that have no merit or strategic alignment with them. There were instances where the processes put in place to prevent bias and unfairness in procurement were blatantly ignored. There were also instances where people were made promises that were not kept or managed well.
