      Job Safety No Late sitting Company Provided lunch Providend fund On time salary

      Cons

      Low salary Outdated technology stack if you are going to work in teams No bonus (almost equal to none) Only 4–5% annual increment No tax compensation Tax deduction in the Provident Fund Strict HR policies No annual tours I think this is more than enough.
