The company is large enough to be stable but small enough that you know everybody and there's good communication amongst the teams. There's a great culture of being open with information.

Company is just growing to the size where there's a little conflict between teams. Surprisingly risk-adverse for a small company.

A very welcoming environment, encouraged to develop, Fridays are Friday projects days - it keeps you on your toes, add your name to a list of presenters by 4pm on whatever you been working on that friday or in-awhile. I have seen interesting and brilliant demos over the years. There's always a social event every month and team lunches.

I think they are actually doing their best but SMT feels so far away unapproachable by mere mortals
