worked a ship yard for 6 months agency then back there after 12 weeks after being layed off great place to work but only if they would give contacts and take you on full time

never had a problem with lairds but be carefull with that neway as there not the best to work for !

Very open that no matter how hard you work, how willing and helpful you are, you have 0 chance of ever being taken on full time. No incentive. No security. "There's the door" attitude.
