      Pros

      Matches minimum wage for agency staff after employers NI and payroll fees are deducted from wages. Overtime regularly available. Do something different most days. Interesting place to work.

      Cons

      Very open that no matter how hard you work, how willing and helpful you are, you have 0 chance of ever being taken on full time. No incentive. No security. "There's the door" attitude.

      Pros

      worked a ship yard for 6 months agency then back there after 12 weeks after being layed off great place to work but only if they would give contacts and take you on full time

      Cons

      never had a problem with lairds but be carefull with that neway as there not the best to work for !

      Pros

      Good laughs down the ship repair can earn really good money in short time.

      Cons

      Although not all some bad managers/supervisors who find it acceptable to bully employees to try and get the job progressed.
