Pros

A lot of hours that can be worked, can move up in position (but it will take years), raises and bonuses

Cons

They will keep you their Mon- Sunday if they could, owner of the place doesn’t care about your well-being, a lot of drama and gossip, UNDER-STAFFED + over booked with dogs, inflexible scheduling

Pros

I started at Camp in 2010, a few months after they opened. One great aspect has bern to be able to see the business grow with great owners and staff! The owners have always cared about the safety and well-being of all the dogs and staff. Aside from always making sure the facility is safe for the dogs and having someone here 24/7 to care for the dogs, they also take care of us! Personally, they have helped me many times getting paid in advance when I've hit some rough times. They have helped other staff pay for places to live and cars when they've struggled too. I started as an attendant and was able to become a manager. As long as you put in the effort, there are always opportunities to do more here, learn, give input and be creative! Management gets vacation days and awesome health benefits. Other staff also get benefits as well! We get pay raises and bonuses. Best of all, we get to bring out own dogs to work with us!

Cons

Only downside is when dogs pass or move away from us!
