Pros

PTO days and WeWork space office.

Cons

Toxic workplace environment. The company is run as a fraternity, with no Finance or HR departments to handle the company outlook or employee concerns. The treatment of women is concerning and full of condescending and disrespectful attitudes. There are clear displays of inappropriate and unprofessional behavior from managers, discrimination, and misogyny. The clear favoritism toward German male employees creates a divided company, where this group holds all the decision power. The lack of official performance reviews turns most decisions into subjective affinity/friendship-based ones, where not everyone is evaluated with the same parameters. Managers are aware of problems, but solutions must accommodate their needs and convenience before looking to improve the company culture and environment. The lack of strategic vision, below-average salaries, and toxic culture make me not recommend this company to anyone.

Pros

Great learning opportunities, team spirit & culture. All advantages of a start-up yet still with backing of larger Europe team. Compared to other consulting companies, work-life balance is excellent. I really appreciated how much the the leadership team cares about their people. You get out what you put in - they will help you grow if you show initiative, no matter who you are (speaking as a non-German woman).

Cons

Back-end processes not as robust as more established companies. I heard there were performance-based lay-offs recently, but I guess that's in line with what other consulting & tech companies are doing.

A lot of responsibility with great learning curve. Diverse field of projects and opportunities for independent idea implementation

Cons

Lower end base pay with high comparable workload.
