Experienced instructors and former students as instructors have insight into teaching course. Great medical transcription program. Immediate availability of instructors by students for questions and guidance. Plenty of practice exercises to learn from.

Micromanagement of instructors. Status with company as independent contractor rather than employee yet management treats instructors as employees.

I have been with CanScribe for almost three years and I can honestly say that this is THE best company I have ever worked for in my career. The employees are treated with respect and dignity and are allowed to approach management with their ideas and suggestions. The CEO is an amazing lady who values and trusts her employees to give their best each and every day which is exactly what we do. It is easy to come to work when you are appreciated and treated as part of a larger family, striving to offer our students the top notch training in the industry.

If you cannot work as part of a team, encourage each other, promote and provide support for employees and students, then this is not the organization for you. If you do not enjoy an employer who praises the abilities of their employees, then this is not the organization for you. If you do not have pleasure with team building exercises that involve lazer tag, trips, pool parties, and fundraising events, then this is not the organization for you.
