Management only associates with management. Way too many people who have been there far too long. “We have always done it this way” attitude Decades upon decades of existence in this company. Upper management doesn’t do much. Computer systems are about 40 years old. Time to sell or revamp the company. The decline is very apparent. Wouldn’t ever recommend this company if you want to learn anything new. Zero learning opportunity. Must work exactly the same as the people who have been there for 30 plus years Or, it’s wrong if your don’t. It’s who you know not what you bring to the table. It’s time to sell this old company and have new people run this. The office is like a morgue. Nobody talks to eachother. They’re not allowed to laugh or smile. Horrible environment for today’s world. Maybe this worked 50 years ago but not today. Wouldn’t ever recommend. Worst company I’ve had the displeasure of working for.
