      Pros

      It's a good place to get your foot in the door since they will hire people even without experience, or minimal experience in the field.

      Cons

      It's a revolving door of people, from the receptionist all the way to management. Office culture is riddled with gossip and bullying, even from senior staff. Not to mention they pay you so little for so much work.

      Pros

      Many opportunities to grow within the company- either by getting a promotion or changing departments. Very flexible about hours and possibility of working from home, specially for those who work far from the office. Many social activities as well. The atmosphere is very casual and people are very friendly.

      Cons

      Not all departments can work from home.

      Company seems to be growing fast

      Cons

      Bad management. Management can/may be related to the higher up so your advice is not taken into consideration. Profits are their ONLY GOAL. Their French skills are still so bad.
