Poor senior management & lack of respect for employees - Anonymous employee Canadian Base Operators Employee Review

Senior management treated employees poorly. In the years I was there, I was compelled to sign my employment contract three times. Each time, the contract had fewer benefits. Legally this was a constructive dismissal each time, but due to COVID and other family issues, I didn’t have the legal and financial resources to contest the revised contract each time. Which they knew, and they used this to their advantage.
