      People are very friendly. Inclusivity is an important part of the company culture.

      Cons

      Generally it is a very disorganized and confusing place. Leadership could be much stronger. Very, very siloed from one department to the next. Often very little communication.

      Deployments can be long. If you have small children it is difficult to maintain a good work/ life balance.
