      Pros

      Growing, well funded company. Overall, many great, talented team members. Good industry, with lots of growth potential.

      Cons

      Micromanagement from senior level leadership is excessive and not productive. Unneeded gossip and comments about other team members common. Many people there seem to working under an atmosphere of fear of losing their jobs.

      gosh where to begin! probably the worst management i've encountered in my career, between micromanaging like everyone notes, rude, constantly changing directions. look at all the departures recently and ask yourself why
