      It truly is a hub of talented chefs, servers, and wine people

      Cons

      They have LOTS of issues. Currently being sued for wage theft. Issues with management and salaried employees being unprofessional and essentially racist. Below industry standards in terms of pay. They are performative and like to sensationalize everything to get you to buy in and drink the koolaid. If you want to protect your time, money, and yourself look elsewhere.

      From top to bottom, the people here really care deeply about each other and serving the guests well.

      Cons

      Everyone starts at the bottom. Hard work is rewarded, but the work can be really hard.
